What is aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the use of carefully selected essential oils that are blended together with a carrier oil for massage or other mediums to crate a bespoke treatment to use to support the body, mind and soul. Aromatherapy is had been used for hundreds of years to support the body naturally. Aromatherapy is not intended as a replacement for medicine or medical advice but as a supportive holistic therapy.
You can choose from a massage with in my garden room or you can choose to have a personally prescribed product such as bath oils, shampoos, lotions, creams gels, nasal inhalers, room sprays, bath salts, the list is endless.
the treatment times include a foot bath while i create the blend on site following an in-depth consultation which will allow me to choose the most support essential oils for your needs.

Aromaflexology massage
Lie back and melt into the wonderful treatment that joins the benefits of reflexology and aromatherapy together. Using dry techniques to assess the reflexology points which then allows a reflex cream to be blended with essential oils to your unique requirements for the foot massage. Treatment lasts between 45 and 55 minutes.

Hopi Ear Candling
What is Hopi ear candling?
Hopi ear candling or also known as Thermo-Auricular. Hopi Ear Candling is a traditional therapy that has been around for thousands of years. The candle is made from cotton beeswax, honey and herbs this is lit and placed into the ear, smoke then travels into the ear which relaxes and calms. NO debris from the candle enters the ear canal. following the candles sinus drainage and or facial massage will assist in moving any blockages. The benefits of ear candling are

This treatment is done with clothes on lying on the couch in a warm tranquil environment, Charka balancing will bring balance to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. the treatment will take between 45 and 60 minutes.

Maybe they are supper active and need their muscles giving a little extra care and attention.
I offer bespoke massage using my previous knowledge of childcare blended with my massage therapy knowledge to help your child relax in a natural nurturing setting.
Parent or carer must be present at all times and the childs/teens consent must be verbally given before treatment starts. For teenagers parents can sit behind a screen in the same room if that's what they choose.
